A select number of our friends, fans, and readers gathered last night at the classy east village wine bar Bahr-Che for a 100% complimentary wine and cheese tasting on behalf of LocalBozo.com. With the incredible help of Michael, from fantastic Sutton Place’s cheese shop Ideal Cheese and August from Verity Wines, our readers were treated to three distinct tastes of each, with suggestions on how to pair and which flavors to be looking for.
